So play him. Main a champion and your winrate will be higher than the average. That's how it works.

i have %51 win rate with lucian,but not enough,cuz im too good with him,and i derserve better win rate.my kalista and jinx has %70win rate each over 50games.

Lucian is still a good champion, he just isn't OP anymore. You actually have to have skills to win with him now.

No, it does not. The average winrate of a champion DOES NOT affect your PERSONAL game performance. A champion you main could be considered trash-tier and have a 30% winrate, but you know how to play the champion very well and could have a 66% winrate.

Winrate is not magical. Just because a champion has a low winrate, it does not mean your chances of winning are greatly decreased.

Win rate doesn't mean jack, most high elo ADC mains still play him a lot, and last I checked Kalista's win rate was still around 48% or so.
