If you ask me it seems amazing how at least 10 000 people complain every day. If my support ticket is around 15 000 000 and LoL is around for 5 years and a half. I think I should try to at least help and work on some of the complains... It just feels like that way.
My experience with Riot support has been a little iffy. I have problems logging in and accessing the store on the NA server (not the only one if you look at support) but riot tried to blame the problem on me. They told me they see malicious software running in the background (according to logs) and that must be causing the problem. I'm a network engineer and i reviewed all logs and found nothing. I ran a scan with multiple software and all come back clean.
I called riot on it and they have chosen not to reply.
