Is it simultaniously casting multiple skills considered mouse macro? (Like Lee Sin and his ward)
In this case is it considered simultanious casting when you cast all 4 skills of Vel Koz at the same time?

A macro is a command that repeats a series of other commands. Like let's say you want to perfectly riven fast combo, you set it to a button on your keyboard and it does it every time perfectly.
Mouse macros, keyboard macros, and that kind of thing give a person an artificial advantage over people who aren't using those things, therefore they're against the rules.
