Legacy Splash For limited skins.

I bought the hecarim Halloween skin when it first released as well as the Katarina Christmas skin. Now, when they released the Splash arts with the logo to show who originally got the skins i thought that it was including ALL limited time skins. I think that that is how it should be just because i want to be the cool guy in the loading screen. Aniright? OR NAW

Neither Hecarim, nor Katarina Holiday skins were label as Limited Edition. They were Legacy as they would come back the following years. So no you nor anyone who own these skins the first time around are qualified for that border. sorry!
