LOGIN AND MATCH LOADING ERROR [FIX]
(Skip to the second paragraph for the direct fix) Hey, recently I have been having an insane amount of log in and loading matches problems. For the past 4 days It took about 5 tries or more just to log into the game itself and today for the past few games I havent been able to load my matches until around 7 or 8minutes. Now, I did all of the troubleshoot options and none of them worked for me.(ALWAYS, use the troubleshoot options first) but after those didnt work I got kind of fed up and started looking through the folders myself. With the latest patch, it seems that my League of Legends folder was changed to "Read Only" And I have no idea why. But after unchecking it from Read Only it was been logging me in on the first try(Tested multiple times for myself and multiple times for my brothers)
[FIX]
- Navigate to your league of legends folder(Most likely C:\Program Files (x86)\Riot Games)
- Right click on the League of Legends folder and select properties
- Uncheck Read-Only.
- Launch game and test
After champion select, my match loaded without any issues for the first time out of about 5 games. It hasnt happened at all for the past 5 games.
