what if the forum was closed?

What if riot closed the forum excluding the bugs report and behavior section. But closed the rest off it for a day. What would people do when they can't post there rants and begging for champ nerfs because they got handed to in a recent game. I see more rants about the game in a negative manner and pleas for nerfs. Wouldn't bother me. I like the forum and I can find it to be useful. I think that the forum is being abused for wrong reasons. Forums are ment to be a resourceful way to help the community in need if help or positive suggestions. Not to cry about a bad game or my favorite as of late the why can't I get hex drops after being punished for in game violation. Not sure what you don't understand or more yet why the need to be punished in the first place. I think that this might change the concept of the true purpose of a forum.
