Dual Pen item?

So I just tried my first time as Jungle Jinx and as you can see I went like 12-7 or something like that (too lazy to look up actual number). And while I was running around with Devourer stacks at like 60-70, it got me thinking. Why is there not a dual pen item? We have Void Staff for example on magic pen and Last whisper among others on Armor Pen. Why is there not a Dual Penetration for some champs? Not saying it would be widely used but some champs could probably use it effectively.

Because the items that are 50/50 Hybrid are already fill only very specific niches, and even then might rarely get used by the Hybrid champs. Gunblade gets used by Akali, but Guinsoo's doesn't by her or by anyone effectively. Akali, if I'm not mistaken, ends up building AP anyway and wouldn't get much use from armor pen. Kog and Corki might build Sorc boots and Trinity Force, but their hybrid builds are pretty strict and either focus AP or AD in teh long run.

TL;DR - Too niche, but you already said that.

Guinsoo's I've only ever seen on Kayle and I built on Thresh for shits and giggles. That's a niche. Why not dual?

I don't think Atma's should have been removed. It was widely used among the tank characters. That is almost like saying let us remove Infinity's Edge because every adc uses it. I was pissed when they took that away. But Guinsoo's I think should be one taken away....who really uses it save for some Kayle's?

As for your other comment, killin tanks in this meta has gotten increasingly difficult despite utilizing item 3153 + item 3035 or item 3151 + item 3135 . and for some who can utilize both magic pen and armor pen like Corki, Devourer junglers, Irelia, Jayce, Kayle, Kogmaw, Akali (somewhat), Udyr, and AP Varus (strange I know but I think it would work well with him).

As for why I put Udyr and Devourer Jungle as two different mentions, I realize that Udyr can build Devourer jungle but his kit alone would benefit from it if he is going Phoenix. In addition, most people I see nowadays built the powerful Cinderhulk item on Udyr.

However, I will say we should also take into account our different elos. Where as this might benefit the elo I am in (Silver 5) this may not work so much in higher elos.
