@Riot or Rioters!! Things I can do to increase performance? I'm gonna cry...

Ok, so perhaps this may not be the best area to post this, but I really would like some opinions on the matter and from anyone who has had similiar experience or is more tech savy. Lately, my FPS has been insanely glitchy. I'll be at 60 in a game and then at team fights it just goes haywire, going from 5 to 30 to 12 to 40 and just bonkers, so that I have no idea where my character is or anything and typically end up dying.

Is their any tips anyone can give to increase performance and not have these issues?? I will post my laptop specs and things I have already done that haven't helped.

Windows Vista 32Bit Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 @ 2.1 Ghz 3.00 GB Ram Nividia GeForce GT 130M

I know it's not top of the line, but I would think it should be able to play this game without issues given what I have done already.

I have:

Turned off all sound Decreased all graphics quality to lowest levels Use several cooling methods to decrease heat issues Stopped all unnecessary processes from running in the background Cleaned computer with CCleaner, Malewarebytes and Anti-Spyware programs De-fragmented hard drive Uninstalled most non-essential programs Tried various screen resolutions

And still, during team fights (mostly) I have insane FPS issues to where I don't know what is happening, I can't click or do anything and I usually end up dead. Now, I know buying a new gaming computer would help, but I don't have that money right now. Is their anything I can download, or tweak on the client or my laptop to help these issues?? Any cheap laptop part I can replace?

Side Note: My internet speeds are 75 MB download, 10 MB upload.

Thanks to anyone who has any advice!!

I suggest buying a new computer since all of those parts are pretty ancient, would have said just buy a new graphics card but you are using a laptop and your cpu/gpu is not replaceable. Sorry but you are just boned.

I would recommend going to www.pcpartpicker.com and pick all your parts. You can buy them one at a time or however many you can get with the money you have, $300 can easily get you a computer that can run league (i believe the site is still down right now so you should probably keep checking in every so often)
