There is a special place in Hell

For people who are so unsportsmanly that they taunt in a 4v5....thats just low. Riot should allow someone to queue up for in progress games with leavers. It would make it a lot more fair and add an aspect of difficulty for people. As in, "im going to queue for a leaver game cause i think i can help a team come back from a deficit and win". It adds a challenge and fixed a problem.
