So, anivia is the same, but worse?

What was the point of touching anivia? You didn't do anything cool or meaningful. You just made her ulti a pain in the ass to use. You have to waste like 300 mana just to pop a tiny circle on someone, slow them for a second and e them. By the time you can cancel the ulti as it has done its job, its already cost you half your mana pool. Was that really your guys' only idea for her? "Uhh...lets ruin her ulti. People like that right?"
