D':

This was the greatest tool of the League of Legends. If you get reported you know that you're not going to get instantly busted, perhaps unjustly, by an automated system that has no mind, but you will be judged by your peers who you know will make the right call in the end.

This automated system is making errors and many people are not fans. While I've not been banned by it (the worst thing I've gotten was like a 3 day ban for leaving too many games awhile ago), I've seen the results on these boards. Riot, we can't trust an automated system.

We know, you're working on it. But how long have you been at it? 6 months? a year? I don't know. A thread I've noticed is you like taking your time on the big things (note Sion ), but Riot this is not something to take time on. Now I've heard that it's going to be released in S5 but dear Gosh do I not want to see it be the end, or even the middle. It may just be me but the community seems to be getting more toxic by the week, and the only reliable method of weeding them is that beautiful tribunal.

Riot, I love you as a company and game developer. This is why I ask you, at the very least let us know when it's coming out (aside from Soon™), please.

Thanks.

Bans still aren't automated. They're being judged by Riot staff now instead of by the community-at-large.

Chat restrictions may be automated, and some of them probably are. Many are being reviewed to ensure accuracy.

Genuine false punishments from this system have been vanishingly rare, and I know of only three incorrect bans - each of which was revoked by Lyte with a direct apology to the affected player.
