Rune Page Costs
Can the cost be reduced? 6300 for 1 page is a but high no?

I'm alright with the rune page costs, it's the runes themselves that cost so much that kill me.. and the fact that newbies fall for the trap of buying tier 1 - 2 runes without knowing better. I don't really like the idea of different rune tiers if no one uses them.
