What's the worst you've ever felt after a game?

For me, the worst I've ever felt is right now.

At the end of a (4v5) 56 minute game, our team finally pushed through and we aced them. I was Aatrox and all our lanes were pushed against us so Ahri and I, the only two survivors, went straight for the nexus. I started tanking the only base turret left but then realized I was taking too much damage and Q'd out. That was a mistake, I should have just let it trigger my GA and passive and just taken it anyway. It was a mistake. A dumb mistake. I had to go back to base, and by that time I had ALL 8 OTHER PEOPLE IN GAME SCREAMING AT ME! I heard "Kill yourself" "There's something fucking wrong with Aatrox" "Fuck you Aatrox u single handedly lost the fucking game"

The enemy team respawned and won in the next 2 minutes. It was completely my fault. I got screamed at.

Damn.

So what's your nightmare game?

EDIT: Instead of going horribly on tilt I've recently been playing incredibly well. Found a Vi in ranked who coordinated really well with me and we friend and duoed some. I no longer feel like a piece of shit.
