So sorry for being a noob here but why do some champions during the end of the game get about 2x their normal size and look massive? I see no item pattern when this happens and I'm not sure what is causing this. Not talking about cho either just any champion.
Its probably this item 
,the elixir of iron.
It increases the users size and gives them additional resistance against crowd control and lets the champ leave a path behind that boosts the speed of his allies.
yeah, late-game cho, max stacks, and the elixr. Something about that just makes people not even bother with you :o
