My suggestion is this, learn about counterplay. As someone who has played Pantheon over 150 games this last season there are plenty of champions that can deal with him, and learning how to get his passive down and engage while his skills are on CD will do wonders.
He is an early game bully that falls off hard late game if he doesn't snowball.

his stun gives him too much of an edge on battles. He is already way too strong for such a skill.
