@Riot Can we expect a new legendary skin maybe before the end of september?
Omega Squad Teemo was the last one and has been out since 4 months, i might seem unpatient, just curious though.

In regards to skins, we tend to veer away from announcing which champions will be getting a skin next, what that skin might be, and in cases like you've mentioned, if a legendary or ultimate skin is coming soon (tm).
There are a few reasons why we do this - the biggest one being we don't want to disappoint.
If we gave dates ahead of time, we'd occasionally be boxing ourselves into the corner of 'promises we can't keep'.
We've internally pushed back content before due to part of the skin not being ready, or making significant changes to an existing skin. We don't want to rush the content, and sometimes, in order to make the best possible skin, we need more time.
We've shelved skins before (Guardian of the Sands skins, for the most part, were a year or so old, and we went back to them last summer, made changes, and then shipped them.) This would have been a really bad feeling if over a year ago we said, "Okay, cool, new Rammus skin, guys!", and then you end up waiting over a year to actually see it/play it.
Another good example was waiting for another Lux skin after Steel Legion. While Star Guardian Lux was (hopefully) worth the wait, it still sucked being told 'new skin soon' and waiting ~two years for another skin.
While I can't give you an ETA, I'd be curious to hear if you had any legendary skin ideas in mind, or at least a champion who could benefit from one.
