Can we talk about the rampant Racism in the League community?

I don't know how it's this bad. Every game i have played, in every queue type, for the last 3 days; has featured one or more summoners using racial slurs and outright racism to bash their teammates or enemies. It's astounding how common this is. From one summoner claiming that "you are proof hitler will be missed" to another calling every single player a "dirty brown N****R" to just tonight a cho gath saying "i do love those %%%%%y proverbs". At what point does riot need to either remove chat from the game all together (which still wouldn't stop the encounters of summoners with the names "a brown ass negro" or "%%%%% eyes McG"), or else entirely overall and expand the tribunal system. either way something needs to happen, this game's community is a detriment to collective humanity. The tribunal is either broken or too limited, something NEEDS to change.
