This has been happening for me since day 1 of league so many years ago. I still have no idea what causes it. It must be deep in the coding of league. Maybe its grabbing a sprite from riots servers so it has to suck up some resources to download it quickly? idk.

It's happening to me quite alot lately, it just freezes for few seconds, especially when buying spam potions.

It's annoying really.

That's really odd. In all my years playing, this is the first time I've heard of this outside of some very specific situational bugs. It's certainly not "their shitty coding that never got optimized", or it would probably more widespread.

Have you tried troubleshooting this like any other bug? Updates, reinstalls, Support tickets, the whole nine yards?

When someone has a bug with their game that isn't widespread, the assumption is that they have no idea how to troubleshoot bugs, and it's usually correct.

If I assume you do know what you're doing, and did try everything on your own, you still should put in a Support ticket and see if they can help you that way.

I've done tech support, and quite often the first sign that someone's issue is on their end is an adamant stance that it's the program's fault.

yeah I've had this for quite a while as well, i kinda go with the stance of "just deal with it" since its minor compared to the other things we deal with but, just bumping to put out there it might be more widespread then assumed.

It does seem to have gotten worse since the server move imo, but hey thats just me. I will oppenly admit i have no idea how to do any of that mumbo jumbo, and I certainly need a new computer, though it isnt quite a toaster, it is certainly not optimal.
