This has been happening for me since day 1 of league so many years ago. I still have no idea what causes it. It must be deep in the coding of league. Maybe its grabbing a sprite from riots servers so it has to suck up some resources to download it quickly? idk.
It's happening to me quite alot lately, it just freezes for few seconds, especially when buying spam potions.
It's annoying really.
yeah I've had this for quite a while as well, i kinda go with the stance of "just deal with it" since its minor compared to the other things we deal with but, just bumping to put out there it might be more widespread then assumed.
It does seem to have gotten worse since the server move imo, but hey thats just me. I will oppenly admit i have no idea how to do any of that mumbo jumbo, and I certainly need a new computer, though it isnt quite a toaster, it is certainly not optimal.
