When's the SR summoner icons given until?

I really really want the blue side icon on my main account which is in NA but I haven't been playing on NA because of connection issues and bans I have gotten due to the connection issues. I've been playing on Europe which has a lower ping(I found that out recently) but I still want to try and get the blue side icon. When is this event until? I'm really in a rush even if my connection is not good as of now because I don't know the deadline, and I don't want to get further bans. Someone please?
