The old curse problem?

So a while back curse had the ability to give jungle timers and automatically connect you into a voice chat lobby with other people on your team that had their accounts connected to it and the auto connect feature enabled. Riot shot down curse's timers and auto voice chat saying it created a bad experience for players that couldn't be moderated and stated the timers were unfair. Shortly after that post the timers were removed by curse and then a few weeks later the auto chat room feature was removed,

Riot has denied us getting an opt-in client voice chat even though china has an in-game voice chat. My main disagreements for the removal of the curse thing is that that you opted-in by your own free will and not everyone used it, if at any point you had a "bad" experience you could either remove the person that created such bad experience or just leave the call through the in-game overlay. Yes, things said over a third party application can't be reviewed and assessed for moderation which brings me to my next topic.

If riot wanted a better form of communication that could be reviewed and moderated while still being an opt-in feature they would just implement a similar feature like the china client has. It works and even if not everyone uses it the people who do usually aren't toxic. IT could easily be moderated bu just adding a time stamp into the report so when the voice chat is reviewed they could go straight to the section that caused the problem.

Edit: sorry if my English isn't the best. it's my second language
