Connection problems

I've felt that since the complicated Azir release, the number of connection issues has increased significantly. While there have always been the occasional internet-related lag and D/C problems, afer Azir came out it seems like at least 3 of 5 games either have a player severely lagging and leaving games. The problem with this new LeaverBuster is that with the increased number of D/C's, players will be penalized for the clients shortcomings. I myself have experienced plenty of time since Azir's release the frustration of D/Cing only to receive the infamous firewall error message (which is always an issue with the game, never one with my PC) when I try to reconnect. Now, with the release of patch 4.20 (ayyyye), there are the new problems with logging in and not being able to connect to chat in lobby. Starting up the client is taking longer than ever and when you finally get in, the chat doesn't work unless you exit the game and restart it at least 4 times. I understand that there are a million different files that could potentially get messed up but it's just crazy how with the release of a new champion, we can now always expect tons of new quality issues.

Exactly, I personally have emailed and submitted countless requests to get help, but I just seem to keep getting the same automated message that gives me four links to go to and try those solutions but none of them ever work or help. I have reinstalled the game about 4 times now and every time I reinstall it, something gets messed up in the process. I know it is not on my end unless I am missing something, because I have used 3 different internet connections. All I want to do is sit down and relax and play a few games of League after studying my butt off for finals for college. But it seems as though Riot is not caring enough to take care of these issues in order to have a good quality game. I know this post will probably never be read except by a select few however, I have this hope that maybe one day (probably in the far far future) that these problems will be solved.
