Lost 10 LP and got a 30 min restriction for first dodge of the day.

I just began playing ranked again, and this is what I get? Tried to find a game and had it dodged like 3 times in a row, and then the 4th time we got a troll in our lobby (I'm assuming this is the guy who made 3 other players dodge as I was getting matched with pretty much the same players all the time). So I decided I'd dodge so that I would only lose like 3 LP and get a short restriction which I believe is around 5 or 10 minutes long instead of having to play a game that would be atleast 20 minutes long and also losing around 20 LP, Thanks Riot.
