By the way, these downvotes are coming from people who have been permabanned. They seem to downvote almost any thread that's made now. I know where you're coming from though; it's a good feeling!

it is the greatest feeling in LoL - knowing your tattling finally got someone in trouble. :)
i have gotten this message 7 or 8 times, and i can tell you the best way is to troll your team into a rage. take all the cs as a support role, follow your jungler as nunu and outsmite him with consume, and just take really, REALLY, offmeta picks and 'accidentally' feed a couple early kills.
the toxic ragers will quickly reveal themselves and you can get this wonderful message again and again and know that you are helping make the community a better place
