As the title suggests, Riven's quotes that she's supposed to gain whenever Blade of the Exile is active won't play, ever. It's been like this for a few months, I'd say it's most likely the same bug as the one where Elise quotes weren't changing while in spiderform.

husktoucher1 votesYeah, more people have corrupted game assets than realize. It's fairly common if your network any system permissions are up to Riot's spec based on their knowledge base articles.

So, on PBE it looks like things were working with no issues, we had folks testing it there. (Testing on PBE is better than testing in-house 'cause it's a cooked build, and more similar to what we would push to live) Based on that, we were fairly confident that this issue would be resolved.
However, that doesn't appear to be the case. (Obviously.)
From what I understand, we will be making a post in Help & Support soon, looking for more information from you guys to help us figure out what the heck is going on. In addition, they should be giving an update with any additional information we have on our end.
Rìveń1 votesWhile we're speaking about Riven bugs, apparently the EQ glitch causing the Q to do absolutely nothing went live without being fixed, despite it being reported by several players.
While this bug was on the PBE it had a 100% replication ratio, however on live servers it only seems to happen every once in a while, haven't been able to replicate it myself so far but I've heard some have been able to replicate it.
(Please don't disable her unless you can fix it really fast, I really don't want her disabled during the URF weekend and it's not the most gamebreaking thing ever).
Edit: Oh and by the way, I forgot to mention that if you Q Flash as Riven, the Q does nothing at all except for playing it's animation, is this an intended feature or is it another bug?
Edit2: More bugs! Yasuo has the ability to talk while he's dead, Riven can trigger his quotes by Q'ing or Windslashing close to his dead body, kinda funny bug tho.

Rìveń1 votesI'm currently running Windows 7 64 bit and it only happens with Riven's special quotes that are supposed to play during Blade of the Exile, no real problems with game sound.
