What is going on here? Theres someone in lobby that wasnt in game

Yeah I have been seeing a huge delay in the end game lobby. Some of the messages from last game that I didn't see appeared in the other end game lobby. But since he mention Ziggs idk...Spectator? I have no clue.

Sometimes when people leave a lobby they can still somehow be connected to it. I was in a teambuilder lobby and our maokai left. Afterwards he started talking again in chat, but to whoever was in the game he had just joined. Someone on our team was like "wtf". The even weirder part was Maokai could see ours chat as well as the chat of the party he had joined so he would say things that made no sense when talking to his party, but could still reply to us.
