Angry Insta-Lockers

I love this game when it all runs smoothly. I have a dream that one day we will be able to kick raging insta-lockers from going "DUO TOP" before a ranked game even starts while we are still in the lobby. If we can kick the toxic player before they can even play it wouldn't be as big of a problem anymore. If riot can bless us with the ability to kick raging toxic players before the game even starts I would be so grateful. Just an idea. xP
