Has anybody actually seen a chroma pack?

I have played at least 20 games since the new chroma packs have been released, and I like them I think they're cool and if I had the RP I'd be one or two, but I am being 100% serious when I say this, I am yet to see one, ever. Has anyone else had the same experience as me? Or am I just very weirdly placed in games. Also, I think Chroma packs should be unlockable with champ mastery, such as one color for each tier you go up from 2-3, 3-4, 4-5. But that's for a whole different thred
