Delay enemy surrenders after 4 kills on the same person

This has happened to me twice now, I get 4 kills, I'm about to close in for the penta, and my camera suddenly pans away as the enemy surrender vote comes through. Can we get a delay in the surrender vote taking effect while the timer for when you can get a pentakill is still active?
