New Player Experience

So I recently made a new account, just to see what its like again to level 1-30, I started in mid season 3 I think.. anyway, the new player experience is terrible, even for AI Games, they end up going way too fast for people to practice, with 1 person taking all the kills and minions ending the game, at tops they last 15minutes if someone chooses to not end, and Im fine with this, except for the fact that no practice or learning is gained from it. From Bots I went into blind pick, and I can say without a doubt, that any new player will just leave. I've played a total of 14-16 pvp blind pick games... Ive had 2-3 where one person willingly clicks the exit game button because they didnt get what they wanted. And the rest of the games were filled with toxic ass, verbally abusive enemy teams that talked shit to my team the entire time. At one point, someone even told someone that they were going to find them, and rpe some gameplay into them by skullfcking them with their d*ck made mechanics. And yet here Riot sits making unbalanced champions, worrying about new skins, we have crap turrets, a god awful community and if you justify it, just leave because its bad all around. I get that you can talk crap in sports/esports as well, but some stuff is just going to far. And just a chat ban for something like that doesn't solve it, that needs at minimum an account ban for 1-3 days, thats unjustifiable to be that rude to people who are just starting the game to try it. People have even started talking crap in AI games. ARAMs are terrible because people make aram accounts and all champs arent unlocked, and riot nerfs the wrong champions... sorry not wrong, every champion may need a nerf in their own way, but some of them are the wrong ones, Tankko still needs nerfs, Vel'Koz does less damage than a Brand support/Annie/Zyra/Veigar/Malzahar, yet it was said that Vel'Koz would be the go to DPS of all the mage updates as the most damage for having a knowledge of anatomy theme. So I think this might be where I call it quits and pick up a different moba, the balance isnt even the issue, its the community, we let riot do this because we give them money to fund what they want to cater to, not to everyone.
