still no harrowing?

Well I assume once the soraka skin is out in the next patch everything should be good to go. Remember that harrowing doesn't really follow our Halloween. Remember last years harrowing didn't start till basically November. But it seems like everything is going smoothly on the PBE so again next patch should be out soon with hopefully all the harrowing skins as well new and old. Plus the new game mode!
