patch 4.21 just made league unplayable
before 4.21 was geting constant 60 fps now im avg 25 and droping down to 2 fps every 1-2 seconds
avg 25 fps on every graphic setting

Disable your sound effects in game, namely the ambiance and music. It surprisingly makes a huge difference in framerate.
Yeah, Riot fucked up and still haven't addressed the issue. Good job riot, make more money please and host big events. Keep up the solid work. Oh, you almost forgot the most important part riot, making sure your damn game is playable and smooth. As of right now after 4.21 it is unplayable constantly stuttering fps drops, good job!
