Why do trolls exist?

So I had to dodge a game (RIP LP) because last game, I dominated mid... then somebody afk'd on their team (I told them I would report the afkers) but I dominated their mid. Our singed in top LOST against a taric... then he started trashing jungler for not coming top to help him (Not junglers job to win your lane). And was a jerk about it, I explained to him it wasn't the junglers job. He claimed I only won mid because I was lucky and my laner was trash (she was actually pretty good) then kept trying to /ff (Even though we were obviously winning hard). Then next game, he is lower than me in pick. I call mid... I get mid... then when he picks... he says "Naw I think im gonna mid... instead of this shit xerath"

So I dodge.

Riot I lost lp because you didn't do your job...

Trolls exist because people exist. The human creature is naturally a self serving thing and only through strong social controls can it be made to behave in a positive manner. Internet = anonymity = weakened social control = reverting back to the asshole state.

So what did Riot do wrong in this situation? That guy has every right to pick Xerath and go double mid. He didnt do anything wrong. You decided you dont wanna play something different than meta, that was your choice. 1 mid = meta not rule.
