Why can't team builder come back?

Okay so team builder was the best place for a lot of casual players who didn't want to spam their role in chat to get it, or didn't have take their chances of getting the role they wanted in draft. Team builder was just a perfect place to get the lane that you wanted and to get the champion that you wanted, and there was zero reason for it to be replaced because dynamic just offers you a 50/50 chance to get your role, and even then you have to sit through bans.

Teambuilder was LOL's casual players go to, to have a nice relaxed match and now that it's gone I go to blind pick and people are just instalocking their roles, I go to draft and people are just angry all the time that dynamic is gone, and right now ranked is just crazy. There is just ZERO place now a person who just wants to play casually can go.

So why can't it come back the way it was before, or maybe it can look like the new dynamic but you can pick one role and you can get it, because so far I can't understand why it was removed
