stupid players in abundance

so i played a couple matches today started out in a really good mood and everything and i was polite and i was doing well up until my 2nd match cause my supp decided she wanted to troll me out of being able to do anything cause i was twitch if im behind im screwed! so what she did was every time i went in and she could have ulted both of them and saved us and gotten me 2 kills what does she do? she stands there and waits for me to die before claiming a kill and dying herself lol! what is wrong with this community why cant people just play the game and not be a prick and ruin the experience for everyone? the game needs stricter punishment for people who show troll like behavior! who is with me on that?
