Paying players are treated exactly the same as non-paying players are in this game. This means that just because you spend money on the game doesn't mean you get to act like a raging jerk to others. Riot gives people multiple chances to not act like a jerk before permabanning them, but the ones that do get permabanned are the ones who refuse to change. Also, this is Riot's game so they have every right to permaban players who are constantly trying to ruin games and verbally abuse and harass people as well. You may not like it but Riot would rather reform or get rid of jerks who like to verbally abuse and harass other players than continue to let them play and ruin more games.

Getting angry or upset or frustrated is super understandable. Everyone goes through that, it's part of the human condition.
Most people have also learned to manage those feelings by the time they get to high school.
