Ping Display In Queue/Chat Menu in Loading Screen

In Queue Ping Display I would really appreciate it if there was a ping display next to the Queue timer. too many times have i gone into a game thinking i had a good ping ~60 and it turned out to be ~230. because someone was streaming or something internet-hoarding. i'm sure many more people than me have had this problem and dont actively use the forums. (first post btw) it shouldn't be to hard to add and it would help prevent people from going into games where they wont have fun because of lag, and others from having no fun because of the decrease in their team-mates ability to play.

Loading screen chat menu i believe it would also be in best interest of the players to have a chat menu in the loading screen, to fix a miscommunication, work there way around a troll. or just to joke about that one guy who is using a mcdonalds internet connection. I don't believe all-chat is necessary, I can only see it as a way to taunt other players. but it would be a very nice thing for just the team.

(maybe add a way for players to mute each other to avoid any unwanted harassment if there is that one guy who takes forever)
