[Client][Crash] Yasuo Making game freeze until restart

When i have played yasuo recently the game "crashes" 60% of the time, im the only one who crashes and everything is frozen until i restart it.

it seems to happen when I take damage while either casting 3rd Q or when casting E>Q all while taking damage in relatively the same frame. this hapend both before and after i repaired my game in hopes of fixing that IE problem many people were having. also i dont get any sort of bugsplat, the game just stops responding but the background music keeps going.
