A few days at riot started rewarding players who were nice with free mystery gifts. I looked at what made someone illegible to receive the gift and I have never been banned or chat restricted. I once got reported for verbal abuse when I was playing ascension when I asked an alkaloid she would let me have a chance to. E ascended

If you have not been banned or chat restricted you should be good! The gifts are still going out, and could take up until the end of next week! If you are worried, though, you could probably send in a support ticket and see whether or not you were eligible (but you're probably fine!).
