Can we agree that skins basically predict who gets buffed or nerfed in the near future?

I mean it's pretty obvious now that riot gives champions buffs as or a little bit after their new skin comes out to boost play rate which boost skin sales. I've even seen other people talk about it on the boards. For example... Brand is getting a Battle Boss skin, it just so happens that he is getting a buff. Fizz is getting an Omega Squad skin. IT JUST SO HAPPENS HE IS GETTING A BUFF. i think i made my point clear and that this is an annoying tactic by riot seeing that a lot of these champs people know dont need buffs.

On another note. Does this mean we will finally see some Twitch nerfs in the future?
