If it works, why are you calling it troll?
Liandry's Torment with Eve's ult helps her do more damage (penetrate deep with that %HP damage yo), and since her ult slows does even fiercer % damage. Blade of the Ruined King procs twice on her E, I think, so that's even more % damage. %Damage Everywhere Evelynn.
What's supposed to look trolly about this? It has balanced defenses, CDR, and %HP damage.
