Please get rid of the level requirement for general discussion

i'd understand if you made memes and games a forum for level 30 only, but general discussion is like the only forum that people really actually read now. It's the best place to get a reply if you want to report a bug (nobody really reads report-a-bug either) or discuss a serious issue if you're having trouble with something (riot support takes a few days sometimes and it's a lot easier to just ask your peers, just like sometimes you ask fellow students for studying help rather than going to the teacher every time). I know that there are other forums for those topics too, but honestly, look at how busy General Discussion is and look at how dead all the other forums are. If 100 people are reading GD at a given time, probably only 10 people are reading Maps and Modes, 15 are reading Miscelleneous, 45 are reading G&B (which is understandably a level 30 only forum as you do need experience to talk about balance, so no complaint there), 5 are reading tips & tricks, 0 are reading team recruitment and maybe 5 are reading the report a bug forums.

TLDR: The only really active forum should be available to all users not just level 30 users
