Everything on my client runs extremely slow. I go to hextech crafting, i takes minutes to load; champ select, through pick and bad phase the latency (not actually my internet) doesn't even show its the ban for the person ahead of me, before it boots me for not banning or picking. I know it's not my internet because I've run everything else perfectly fine. So I'm getting time penalties for 15+ minutes and I don't even have a choice to getting the penalty unless I dodge, which I'll just get a penalty anyway.
