League Client

Since this most recent patch, anytime I try to click the 'Launch' button, whether it be PBE or normal server, the 'Launch' button grays out and just sits on that screen for a very long time. Most days it takes me 20 minutes just to log on. I've restarted my computer, ran trouble shooting, and already run League as the Admin. Edit: 1/28/16 I am now completely unable to login to League of Legends, PBE or normal server
