Client Bug

When i open the client I get a black screen, but the client still outlines where everything should be. After I get that to work somewhat normally after closing and reopening the Launcher, I get into champ select and the whole screen is black; except for the blue outlining the client. I have tried multiple online solutions and right now I can't seem to get anything to work. Has anyone else had this issue and has anyone found a solution. (I am running Windows 10).
