The cake is a lie.
I can think of two reasons why LeBlanc's decoy is the one her portrait is focused on. Just can't get a really good cleavage shot when she's translucent. While I think clarity would be nice, on the other hand, League has spoiled me. I've come to expect a certain level of pandering in terms of the scantily clad female champions I guess...

I actually did the moment I saw it for the first time. I zoomed it and noticed. Its obious if you just look at the standalone art, instead of the character portrait or the cut up image that shows up when the game is loading

Leblanc didn't need a buff, she was fine. The only reason people stopped playing her was an overreaction to the well deserved removal of silence. Now she's op again :P

not nececairy sometime when you want to trick some you can atk the enemie with your charater and run with the clone... But yah the chance are higher that it the clone useally you dont atk the enemie when so low in hp just for a trick
As Leblanc Main, I noticed that a while ago after playing with her alot of games. I thought at first that it's her clone, but it would be dumb for a leblanc if she don't uses her clone to juke LOL
