Idea to Shorten Loading Screen

Currently loading screen is pretty long but its hard to shorten. But, what you could do to shorten it is remove the time after pick/ban ends. Then you would allow it so that you may edit your loadout actually in champion select.

I know the tech for this could be difficult to develop (especially with skin selection during loading screen). You would also need to guarantee load screen would last at least 1 minute so that people could choose the correct masteries/runes. But, most loading screens are over that amount of time anyway so, I don't think that will be an issue.
