Ip gifting
An Idea popped up to my head thinking, Since we have rp gifting. If we have a lot of ip left over and are in the mood for giving why not share with friends. :D

That be fucking awsome cause people could help eachother out getting champs runes and pages, but i dont think riot will ever
having high level friends with allot if ip means riot would t sel ip boosts to you and the game is already free i know u all think riot gets his money from skins
but in reality if you want to become really good at this game your going to have to play allot of champs even if its just to know how these work Youe going to need allot of runes and pages and ip boost are needed for those yes really lol
I know what you mean there. At the same time they have so much business it wouldn't affect them on that terms as much as more rp refunds credits more or less. But there are people out there with so much ip with nothing to spend it on so it would be nice to share some of that with the people who are desperate to get a certain champion. xD
It should be a thing. There is no non-greedy reason for it to not be a thing. There would be a bit of thought into it, like the 2 weeks thing, to keep people from just begging it out.
Because I'm sure there wouldn't be like 100x as many IP farming bots as there are now.
