Rune bug for new draft pick

I have been using the new draft pick and recently got 2 new rune pages. The rune pages do not appear for selection in that new draft pick which I find strange and annoying because It would be a waste to not use those 2 new rune pages for 6800 ip. For furthermore detail those rune pages are fully saved and full.
