Try to be better than the entire ennemy team instead of wasting your time watching your mates mistakes.
Impossible. You are part of your team. Can't be better than yourself.
MMR can be inaccurate. The individuals will have to play a certain amount of games before they can get correct placements.
well personally I consider myself better than my elo/mmr in ranked because I play against better players in normals mostly but I don't care to play enough ranked to actually advance so I just play as if they were all equals.
