Chat restrict myself

Is there a setting, that once i get in the game, i can't chat anything ? (like editing a .ini file or something) So that i could chat restrict myself ? I'm fighting with my own toxicity, and it's absolutely no way i can win this, without CR myself....

Bind your chat key to be something ridiculous like PageUp+T+Q+M and/or set your chat scale in your UI options to be too small to read?
